The Dublin Seminar 2008
In November 2008, Ireland Literature Exchange, with support from the Arts Council and the European Cultural Contact Point proudly hosted the inaugural Dublin Writers' Seminar, a two-day event intended to showcase the best of contemporary Irish literature to a group of leading European literary translators.
The two-day programme included a series of talks, readings and question-and-answer session by a broad cross-section of some of Ireland's best contemporary authors.

Ireland Literature Exchange hopes to organise a second Dublin Seminar in the future for translators and/or publishers of Irish literature in translation.
